RIGHT TO EDUCATION:
The Right to Education Act (RTE) of 2009 is a law in India that guarantees free and compulsory education for children ages 6–14. The act was passed by the Indian Parliament on August 4, 2009, and came into effect on April 1, 2010.

A.P.J.AbdulKalam Prathibha Puraskar Award
AP Government is very keen to promote quality education in 10th Class/SSC level. For this Andhra Pradesh Govt has been introduced Dr. A.P.J.AbdulKalam Prathibha Puraskar Award in the place of Prathibha Puraskar Award for those whoever excel in SSC Public Exmination to meet the cost of Higher Education. In every mandal 6 students will be given Prathibha Awards for their highest score in 10th Class.
